CHARITIES

The club supports 'Candlelighters', a charity which helps children with cancer. Candlelighters is based at St. James hospital in Leeds (Jimmy's). Charity Nights are run from the club at various points throughout the year, including a 'Presentation Night' — usually in November, when all money raised during that year is handed over to the charity. The club also hosts events for other causes.

WEEKDAYS

• On weekdays the concert room is used for a variety of purposes - Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's the room is available for any Association/Club or group to hold their meetings or to hold a celebration/presentation etc. Thursday is Bingo Night.

'LIVE' MUSIC

• 'Live' entertainment is provided for members, affiliated members and visitors. The smaller of the two rooms is the lounge where quiet conversation and a relaxed atmosphere is enjoyed.

ENJOYMENT

• The Lounge has been modernised to be a relaxing atmosphere and is open every evening. The bar is ideal for enjoying a quiet drink with friendly conversation - or to simply wind down at the end of the day.

GAMES NIGHTS

• Downstairs we have the Games & Television Room. This is a large room housing two Full Size Snooker Tables, Dartboards, Dominos and Playing Card facilities as well as Large Screen TV's for the sports enthusiasts. A further extension to the room is now complete offering a Free Pool Table!
